 We’re Hiring: Marketing Lead for a Sustainable Fashion Label

Location: Northern Rivers UKI NSW 2484
Job Type: Part time or Full time
Start Date: ASAP 

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Lead to join our team and take our fashion brand to the next level.


About Us:

We’re a small grass roots fashion label with a loyal customer base and exciting new collections ahead, we’re ready to elevate our brand presence and performance.


Your Role:

You’ll lead and execute marketing across all channels with heart, intention, and a clear voice. This includes:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies (digital, social, email, influencer, PR, events)
  • Build and manage social media content calendars and community engagement
  • Drive brand awareness and growth through creative campaigns and collaborations
  • Oversee performance marketing and reporting (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Create and manage impactful EDM campaigns to nurture and convert our audience
  • Handle graphic design needs across marketing content (ads, emails, socials, site assets)
  • Identify growth opportunities and help steer the brand's marketing direction


You Bring:

  • Proven experience in fashion or lifestyle marketing
  • Strong creative eye and passion for brand storytelling
  • Skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
  • Experience with EDM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms, analytics, and growth strategy
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • A genuine love for fashion and understanding of the industry landscape
