I have never bought a dress from MahaShe so this was a bit of trial. I decided to try this as it was on sale. Firstly it is well made. I was looking for dress to cover up a bit of mum tum! I wanted a wide A line but this isn’t. I bought size 14 hoping this would skim over the waist.Also I’m 5 foot 4. The waist ends up too low and even accentuated tum. So I have taken it to a tailor to shorten it from the shoulders. This will result in waist being higher up and a not such a low scoop neckline. The other issue concerns the photos of the colour of the fabric. I was hoping the colour would be the deeper shades of the fabric photo. Not so. The colour is slightly closer to the dress on the model but basically it’s rather a washed out look. It would be great if it were possible if buying a style for the first time to have free postage one way and that I can return it whatever price I paid for it.
