As a Christmas gift I was very excited to receive the 60s tunic style dress. I had bought one years ago at Port Macquarie markets and have worn it many times. It was starting to show signs of wear and my husband surprised me with my beautiful new 60s tunic just now on Christmas day. I was delighted and it fitted beautifully with its casual looseness and breezy summery feel. And then I felt it a bit too breezy - unfortunately the zipper has not been sewn in on both sides - see photos - there is no stitching at all on one side. I was thinking I was going to wear it as my Christmas outfit but now I will resort to my old tunic, battered but still in one piece. I am disappointed and my husband is a little embarrassed and frustrated as am I. I will be sending the purchase back a expect some recompense with my replacement. On a positive note, the material is beautiful.
This is my second Alana dress. I really like the style, the fabric and the colours.
These pants have already become a summer favourite - they are lightweight but give good sun protection, are super comfy, and are in a lovely fun fabric (a bit retro). I’m considering getting some other pieces in this fabric too.
Soft, comfy, I love these flare trousers and this pattern is bright cheerful and goes with most of my tops.
I bought a second Ebony top because I loved my first. The flared hem is particularly flattering. I look forward to some new colours and patterns !
