We know shopping online is not always easy and we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one. So if for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase we will offer you an exchange or credit voucher. 

Your item/s will come with a 'Returns' Form. Please complete the form and post it back with your item/s within 30 days.

Let us know whether you would like a credit or an exchange.

Items need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.

EXCHANGE
You will need to pay for the item to be returned. Please send a self addressed, pre-paid post satchel with your item.
*If item/s are returned without a pre-paid post satchel, a 'CREDIT VOUCHER' will be issued instead.

CREDIT VOUCHER
You will receive only the price of the actual item as a store credit, not the postage. Postage on your new item will be an additional charge.

FAULTY ITEM
We really hope this doesn't happen as everything is checked before dispatch. But if for some reason you do receive a faulty item, we'll pay the postage for the returned item and give you the option of either exchanging the item or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to make arrangements.

SALE ITEMS
Please choose carefully as sale items are a final purchase. Sale items cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded. 

We advise the use of registered post when returning items. MahaShe will not be held responsible for any items lost in the mail.
