We know shopping online is not always easy and we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one. If your item is not quite right please read the return options available to you.

SUBMITTING A RETURN

Please note, we have different policies for our online store and boutique.

ONLINE ORDERS - Please click HERE and follow the prompts.

Once the returned item/s are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/store credit/exchange within 5 business days.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your return.

BOUTIQUE purchases must be returned in store.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Eligible for - REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT

Must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Orders placed between 1st December and 31st of December have 60 days to return their item/s.

Items need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Within Australia we will cover the shipping cost of the exchange back to you.

NOTE: Refunds and Store Credits do not include postage.

SALE ITEMS

With a discount of 30% or less - Eligible for STORE CREDIT. (For items with a discount of 31% or more please see FINAL SALE ITEMS below.)

Must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Orders placed between 1st December and 31st of December have 60 days to return their item/s.

If you would like a different style or size instead, please place another order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

FINAL PURCHASE

Items with a discount of 31% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns of any kind.

Please choose carefully as final sale items are a final purchase. Final sale items cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded. 

REFUNDS

Full Priced items only.

Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund.

Refunds exclude postage. The refund will be paid back to the original payment method that the customer used to purchase the order. Refunds are issued immediately but payment may take some time to show in your account.

STORE CREDIT

All items are eligible for a store credit EXCLUDING Final Sale Items.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. The gift card will be issued immediately once we have received and approved your returned item/s.

EXCHANGES

Full priced items only.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your exchange and send you a new tracking number for your new item/s.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Within Australia we will cover the shipping cost of the exchange back to you.

FAULTY OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you believe you have received a faulty or received a wrong item, please send photos to info@mahashe.com within 7 days.

We will rectify this as quickly as we can. We will cover all costs to have the item either replaced or refunded.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to make arrangements.
