RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We know shopping online is not always easy and we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one. If your item is not quite right please read the return options available to you. 

SUBMITTING A RETURN

  • Please Fill in your returns form that you received with your order.
  • Post your returns form back with your item/s. We recommend using a trackable method. Mahashe is not responsible for items lost in transit. 
  • We will notify you via email once we have processed your return.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

  • Eligible for - REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT  
  • Must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Items need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Within Australia we will cover the shipping cost of the exchange back to you. 
  • NOTE: Refunds and Store Credits do not include postage. 

SALE ITEMS

  • Eligible for - STORE CREDIT
  • Must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Items need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.
  • If you would like a different style or size instead, please place another order. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

 FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • FINAL PURCHASE 
  • Please choose carefully as final sale items are a final purchase. Final sale items cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded. 
  • It will be stated ‘Final Sale Item’ in the description of the item. 

 REFUNDS 

  • Full Priced items only. 
  • Sale items are NOT eligible for a refund. Store credit only. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for a refund. Final sale items are a final purchase. 
  • Refunds exclude postage.
  • Refunds are issued immediately but payment may take some time to show in your account.
  • Must be returned to us within 30 days from delivery.
  • Items need to be received by us in the exact condition that you received them. Tags still attached. Clothing neither washed nor worn.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 STORE CREDIT

  • All items are eligible for a store credit EXCLUDING Final Sale Items.
  • Valid forever! 
  • Excludes postage.
  • Store Credit will be issued immediately once we have received and approved your returned item/s.

EXCHANGES

  • Full priced items only. For sale items please place a new order with the item that you would like instead. 
  • We will notify you via email when we have processed your exchange and send you a new tracking number for your new item/s.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Within Australia we will cover the shipping cost of the exchange back to you. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

  • You will receive an email once we have processed your return. 

FAULTY OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

  • If you believe you have received a faulty or received a wrong item, please send photos to info@mahashe.com within 7 days. 
  • We will rectify this as quickly as we can. We will cover all costs to have the item either replaced or refunded.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to make arrangements.
