Super disappointed when it arrived, It was much smaller than it promised.

Thanks for your feedback on the Isla we’re always keen to improve our customer experience so we really appreciate it. We’re just wondering what you mean by “it was much smaller than promised”? We do list the measurements for each of our individual garments under the Size & Fit Heading and I have checked these for the Isla and they are definitely correct but we’d like to understand how you feel you were mislead about the sizing so we can rectify that. We do intentionally create styles to suit all different shapes and so we know that not all styles will suit all people, sometimes people believe that a size is wrong when it is really just that the style is not right for them, we do love to help people find the right styles to flatter their shape.
